NORMATEC COMPRESSION THERAPY
Here we take a deep dive into what the NormaTec Compression Therapy does, how it works and how if implemented into your recovery regimen can enhance your performance as well as daily living.
Recover like a pro with NormaTec Compression Therapy!
NormaTec Compression Therapy is designed for optimal recovery & rehabilitation with gentle light massage using compressed
air to massage your legs, arms, hips and/or lower back. The patented NormaTec Pulse Massage pattern helps move excess fluids and lactic acid from your tired muscles toward your lymphatic nodes, therefore reducing inflammation, removing toxins from the area and replenishes it with new oxygenated blood, bringing back range of motion, preventing injuries, promoting blood circulation and reducing pain so you can train harder, recover faster and perform better.
Integrate rapid recovery in your regimen and schedule with the power of NormaTec compression therapy in the palm of your hands.
What To Expect
Relax and recharge with our NormaTec compression series during your compression therapy session. You'll stay fully-clothed, we will ask you to remove your shoes, and can relax in a comfortable heated massage table with music and WI-fi. You'll slip into the boot sleeves, shorts or arm sleeve depending on your treatment and your high-tech compression massage will begin.
During the pre-inflate cycle, the attachments will analyze and mold itself to your exact body shape. The session then begins by compressing your feet, hands or upper quads, depending on your treatment area. This will feel similar to the massage techniques of kneading and stroking done during a traditional massage session. Each segment of the attachment will first compress in a pulsing manner and release which will repeat for each segment of the attachment as the compression pattern works its way up your extremities.
Using NormaTec Compression Therapy before or after an intense workout will significantly enhance your training experience and speed up your recovery process. Compression therapy clears metabolic waste, reduces soreness and improves circulation so you can keep training without worry. We recommend compression therapy shortly before or within a few hours after exercise to maximize your performance and recovery process.
