Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and to plenty of water.

Pain Rehabilitation Management for spot treatment in painful or tight areas. A combination of techniques will be used such as, Graston Technique utilizes instruments to treat scar tissue and fascial restrictions in order to eliminate pain and function. Cupping uses negative pressure to pull, lift, open & expand soft tissue. Percussion gun to break adhesion and move lymph. Trigger point focuses on the release of tension around specific nerve centers.
